We have heard both the sides. Considering the ground mentioned in the Civil Application and meager delay, the Civil Application is allowed, delay is condoned and the Writ Petition is restored subject to the condition that the petitioner deposits an amount of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) with the registry within two weeks and shall even carryout the amendment as ordered by order dated 02.05.2024, within two weeks.
