Having heard the grievance of the Petitioner, the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Zilla Parishad submits that the representation of the Petitioner dated 11.10.2023 shall be considered by the Zilla Parishad in the light of the Government Resolution dated 23.08.1996, more specifically Clause-4 set out therein.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off expecting the Zilla Parishad to consider the representation and arrive at a decision within 45 days.
