Mr. Ghadage, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the salary bills for payment of arrears are already given by the management to the respondent No. 3 on 04th December, 2017. The same are not yet decided. 2.

Mr. Pulkundwar, the learned counsel appears for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and submits that, in case salary bills of the petitioner are submitted and pending with the authority, then the authority would decide the same on its own merits.

In the light of that, the authority with whom salary bills (page 21) of the petitioner are submitted, shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
