By this application, prayer is made to permit applicant to bring on record legal heirs of respondent no.1-Dalil Shaikh Farid (Multani). Further prayer is made to condone the delay in filing application.

The learned Advocate appearing for the respective parties submits that legal heirs of deceased and other parties have settled the dispute amicably. Such mediation report is forwarded to this Court alongwith settlement.
