PER COURT :- Mr. Baagul learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that in both these petitions, proposals with regard to permission under section 36-A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code are submitted by the Collector, Nandurbar to the State Government. Those have been pending since six months. No decision is taken as yet. Learned AGP accepts notice for respondents.

In case proposal recommended by the Additional Collector and Commissioner is pending with the State, then respondent No.1 shall decide the same on its own merit, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within four months.
