The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the appeal preferred by respondent No.1 Insurer has been disposed of by this Court confirming the order passed by the Tribunal. The applicant claimant is therefore, entitled for the amount deposited before this Court. The learned counsel further submits that, the amount deposited before this Court be transferred to MACT, Jalgaon and the applicant-original claimant is permitted to withdraw the same.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent insurer has no objection for the same.

In view of this, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The amount deposited before this Court be transferred to MACT, Jalgaon and the applicant-original claimant is permitted to withdraw the same. Civil application accordingly disposed of.
