By order dated 13/03/2023 passed in Writ Petition No.2733/2023 respondents were directed to take decision on the representation of petitioners dated 19/05/2022, in the light of order dated 19/04/2022, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.5545/2021.

Learned AGP has placed on record copy of the letter dated 09/07/2024 addressed by the Under Secretary, Government of Maharashtra, stating that the Government has taken decision on the representation of petitioners on 03/07/2024 and the same is forwarded to the Commissioner of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar Corporation. Both the letters are collectively marked as 'X' for the purpose of identi昀椀cation.
