Mr. Sangeet, learned counsel for the petitioner states that proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak is pending with respondent no.1 since 16.6.2015. Reminder is also issued on 29.8.2016, however, the same is not yet decided.

We have heard learned A.G.P. also.

In case the proposal submitted by the institution seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak is pending with respondent no.1 (Exh. 'C'), then the respondent no.1 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months from today.
