Mr. Ingole, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has raised the objection under Section 3H (4) of the National Highways Act, 1965, pursuant to the compromise

The petitioner may file objection in person.

If, said objection is filed, the competent Authority may accept the same and shall decide it in accordance with section 3H(4) of the National Hghways Act, 1965 after hearing all parties concerned. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
