C) The Respondent No. 2 may kindly be directed to decide the application of the petitioner U/s. 28-A of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 dated 26/12/2022 by issue of Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions.

The learned AGP submits on instructions that the competent authority can decide the said application within the period of 90 days by verifying the record. 3.
