The order impugned is dated 04.10.2017 dismissing the revision. Since the petition was not circulated till today for almost six years, the petitioner may not have interest in prosecuting the petition.

Learned advocate for the petitioner to take necessary instructions and to submit that whether the petitioner is still interested in prosecuting the petition, within a period of two (02) weeks from today.
