The learned Additional Government Pleader for applicants submits that, appeals as directed by this Court could not be decided because of the large volume of the record and the number of matters. The arguments are in process. The hearings are conducted from 02nd April, 2018 to 15th December, 2018. Now next date is kept on 27/28.12.2018. Six months time be extended to decide these appeals.
