IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD WRIT PETITION NO.3692 OF 2019 (Baliram Pralhad Diwane Vs. Ajay Bhagwat Ghawate and others) Mr.R.B.Singare, Advocate for the petitioner.

Mr.N.T.Bhagat, AGP for the respondent/State.

( CORAM : Ravindra V.Ghuge, J.) DATE : 12/07/2019 PER COURT :

1.

The learned AGP points out that the petitioner has a statutory efficacious remedy by preferring a second revision before the State in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra [2015(6) Mh.L.J.915].

2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to avail of the remedy as is permissible in Law. In the event of any delay caused in preferring the second revision, the time spent by the petitioners in this Court from 11/12/2018 till the passing of this order, shall be considered as a ground for seeking condonation of delay.
