The learned Counsel for the appellant Iffco Tokyo General Insurance Company produced on record e-mail copy whereby the appellant Insurance Company has intimated learned Counsel Mr. Rathi to seek withdrawal of the appeal alongwith the pending applications and to make request to the Court for refund of compensation amount deposited by the Insurance Company at the time of seeking stay to the impugned award.

The learned Counsel for the respondent No.3 Insurance Company i.e. ICICI Lombard submits that the entire

(2) 7 CA 309.2018.odt award is complied by respondent No.3 Insurance Company by paying the compensation to the original claimant. He submits his no objection for withdrawal of appeal. As such, the present appeal alongwith pending civil applications stand withdrawn and disposed of.
