Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondents-State.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 323/2024 dated 3.8.2024 registered with Manvat Police Station, District Parbhani for the offences punishable under sections 420, 471, 468, 409 and 34 of I.P.C.

This Court by order dated 30.1.2025 has granted interim protection to the applicant by noting submission at para 3 and reasons at para 4, which are as under :- "3] The case against the applicant is that the applicant is a Cashier of Buldhana Urban Co-operative Credit Society and without taking entry the applicant has handed over the money to the Branch Manager, however, the Branch Manager has committed suicide. It is alleged that there are illegalities committed by the Branch Manager. 4] Considering the case of the prosecution against the applicant that he has handed over the money to the Branch Manager without making book entry and prima facie the applicant is not a beneficiary of the transaction, in view of the same, in the meanwhile there shall be interim order in the following terms :-"

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court, the applicant has attended the police station and has cooperated with the investigation.

There is no dispute as regards attendance of the applicant at the police station. Considering the same, I hold that interim protection granted on 30.1.2025 can be confirmed.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the interim protection granted on 30.1.2025 is confirmed on the following terms : i] The applicant shall attend the police station as and when required.
ii] The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. He shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iii.
The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

In the event, the applicant violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 8.
It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

The application stands disposed of.
