It appears that petition has been filed by Lokmanya Shikshan Sanstha, Khuntephal through it's President Tq. Ashti, District Beed. It was reported to this Court on 31.1.2023 that President of Trust is no more. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner was granted time to take instructions. On 8.3.2023 again time was granted for the instructions. On 29.3.2023 it was submitted on behalf of the petitioner that after death of the President of the Trust, the Trustees are yet to take decisions as to whether to pursue this matter or not. On 6.6.2023 it was informed that trustees are yet to pass resolution to proceed with the Writ Petition. On 4.7.2023 none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, hence matter was adjourned for dismissal. Again on 25.7.2023 at the request of the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, last chance was granted. On 8.8.2023 it was informed by the learned aaa/-

Today, again request is made that instructions are still awaited. Learned advocate for the petitioner places on record a communication addressed to the petitioner through the Registered Post seeking instructions.

Aforesaid sequence of the facts would show that none is interested to proceed with these matters. Hence, criminal writ petitions are dismissed for want of prosecution. ( S. G. CHAPALGAONKAR, J. ) ...
