By filing affidavit in reply, respondent No. 2 claims that the order is complied with by taking decision on the proposal of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner is included in the Shalarth ID. The order is therefore complied with.

Learned advocate for the petitioner contends that it is not necessary for the petitioner to get second approval in terms of section 5(2A) of the Maharashtra Employees Of Private Schools (Conditions Of Service) Regulation Act, 1977. We are not going into merits of the order passed by respondents. Since the order is complied with, Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 922-CP-53-2025 contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy.
