Learned Counsel Mr Kishor Kumar Joshi for the petitioner is not present online. He is not present in the Court hall. He did not turn up on 14.10.2020 and it was made clear that the matter will be dismissed for non-prosecution. 2.

The matter is filed for relief of quashing of C.R. No.70 of 2017, which was registered at Rajur Police Station on 27.11.2017, for the offences punishable under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 read with 25 of the Arms Act. The matter was filed on 5.12.2017, but no interest was shown even to take circulation. By filing such proceeding in the High Court, a peculiar modus operandi is used to stall the case. The said proceedings are shown to Police and also to Court and due to that, further investigation and the trial of the case is stalled. In view of these circumstances, this Court holds that matter cannot be kept pending further.
