Mr. Biradar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has instructed that he has received the order of absorption.

As far as salary for the period for which the petitioner was declared surplus till his absorption is concerned, the petitioner may make representation with the Education Officer, which would be considered by the Education Officer on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of application.
