The Petitioner has been transferred under the regular transfer procedure from Dattanagar, Taluka Paithan to Sultanpur, Taluka Paithan, on 21.03.2023, in the same taluka. He is already working at the place of transfer. It can hardly be said that he has been transferred miles away. His transfer to Sultanpur is as per one of his options, which was uploaded on the official website when he applied for transfer. His father needs to come to Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar for a check up in the Dr. Hedgewar Hospital. Paithan to Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar is close distance

*2* 967wp15516o23 journey and would be the same distance for the Petitioner, whether he is at Dattanagar or Sultanpur.

In view of the above, we find that this is not a fit case to direct the Authorities to consider the case of the Petitioner for a re-transfer or re-consideration.

As such, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
