Applicant apprehends arrest in connection with Crime No. 0760/2023 registered with Pathardi Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 324, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

It is claimed by learned counsel for applicant that coaccused against whom serious role has been alleged are granted anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 7th November, 2023 in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1663/2023. According to him, there is no overt act committed by the applicant and hence, on party, he deserves anticipatory bail.

Perusal of record indicates that no overt act is alleged against the present applicant and as such the injuries caused to the informant and witnesses cannot be attributed to him. Hence, application is allowed in terms of the interim order. ( R. M. JOSHI) Judge dyb
