PER COURT :- 1.

Mr Bhumkar, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the punishment was imposed upon the petitioner. The petitioner filed a review petition before the Chief Executive Officer, the same was allowed and the punishment was reduced to stoppage of one annual increment instead of two annual increments. However, the said order is not given effect to. The petitioner has given representation to the CEO (page no. 21). The same is not decided. 2.

The learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad submits that, in case such representation is pending, the authority will decide it in accordance with law.

In case, the representation filed by the petitioner is pending with Chief Executive Officer, ZP, the same shall be decided on its own merits preferably within four months. 4.
