Heard learned Counsels for the parties. Both the Advocates appearing on behalf of the parties, on instructions, agreed to remand the matter back to the learned Tahsildar to decide afresh. 2.

The learned Tahsildar is directed to decide the matter bearing Vahivat No./Case/KR/10/2016 afresh within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of this order.

All previous orders of the Tahsildar and the Divisional authority are hereby set aside.

4.

All the contentions of the parties are kept open to adjudicate the matter afresh.

5.

Parties to maintain status-quo as of today till the adjudication of the matter.
