CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 8434 OF 2025 :

The present civil application is filed for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased Chandrakant by condoning the delay caused in filing present civil application. 2.
For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C''.

Amendment is carried out within a period of two weeks. 4.
Application is disposed off.
CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 8432 OF 2025 :

Learned Advocate for the Applicants submit that the learned SLAO had awarded the rate of Rs. 880 and 1000 per R in the respective LAR's. The same amount is enhanced to Rs. 2777 by the learned Reference Court. He submits that the enhancement is less than 4 times of the amount awarded by the SLAO.

Application is vehemently opposed the learned Advocate for Appellants.

Considering that the amount of enhancement is less than four times than the amount of award by the SLAO, following order:
ORDER
(a) After amendment is carried out, Applicants, original Claimants, are permitted to withdraw 100% of amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest thereon by furnishing usual undertaking.
