After arguing at length on merits, when this Court shows disinclination to allowed the appeal, learned advocate for appellant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the appeal. He, however, submits that considering the fact that appellant is in jail since July-2022 and the trial has not progressed so far, he may be granted liberty to revive his prayer for bail if the trial does not commence and conclude within reasonable time.

Permission granted.

Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to appellant to revive his prayer for bail, in case, trial does not conclude within one year from today.
