Ghuge, J.) in the judgment dated 06.02.2017 in Writ Petition No.9903 of 2016 particularly in paragraph No.6, I find these applications as misconceived and misconstrued. In view of the same by order dated 13.06.2017 in this Contempt Petition this Court (Coram : Ravindra V. Ghuge, J.) has granted leave to the applicant to delete Respondent Nos.1, 2, 3 and 6 and I find no substance in the civil applications. 2.
