The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, after the notices were issued in the present writ petition, the Education Officer has granted approval to the appointment of the petitioner from 2013-2014 for a period of three years and not from the date of appointment in the year 2009.

As the proposal is already decided, the grievance of the petitioner would not survive. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Education Officer subsequently, then the petitioner may assail the same in appropriate proceedings.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
