Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

After hearing learned counsel for petitioner and upon perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the same is ad-interim injunction.

Learned counsel for petitioner contends that such order could not have been passed without hearing petitioner and when petitioner had filed caveat.

Looking at the nature of order passed, it appears to be expedient that respondent no. 2 proceeds with the matter itself as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks
2 WP - 25-2019 from the date of receipt of writ of this order including order on interim relief application, giving opportunity to parties. 5.
Writ petition accordingly is disposed of.
