Mr. Thombre, the learned counsel for respondent no.4 submits that the proposal for grant of pension to the petitioner from September 2009 to June 2018 is already submitted to respondent no.3 on 16.02.2019 and the same is pending with respondent no.3.

In view of that, respondent no.3 shall take decision upon the said proposal within a period of three months.
