Though we are not convinced by the reasons stated in the application, for the mistake of the advocate, the litigant should not suffer and the learned Counsel for the petitioner has shown willingness to deposit Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) towards costs with High Court Bar Association Library, Aurangabad.
