ORDER:

Mr Wakade, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, during the pendency of the petition he has been reinstated and the suspension is revoked.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is not paid subsistence allowance for the period the petitioner was under suspension.

The learned counsel for respondent No. 4 submits that, the respondent has submitted the proposal to the Dy. Director of Education for the payment of subsistence allowance. 4.

If the permission is not sought prior to suspension, then the management has to make the payment of subsistence allowance. The management shall make the payment of subsistence allowance to the petitioner for the period the petitioner was under suspension within a period of three months from today.
