1] On hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we are inclined to dispose of present petition by directing respondent no.2 to decide the proposal already forwarded by respondent nos.3 to 5 (management) for continuation as the petitioner has been working since 2009 without any salary. Therefore, the respondents to deal with the same as early as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from today.

2] The petition is disposed of accordingly with liberty. No costs.
