Heard. Learned counsel appearing for petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner will submit the original of tribe certificate before the Sub-Divisional Officer at Nanded.

Petitioner undertakes to tender 'on line' applications to the SubDivisional Officer for issuance of tribe certificate. On tendering of the application as well as the presentation of the hard copy of the application to the Sub-Divisional Officer along with tribe certificate already issued to the petitioner recording the entry of the tribe as 'Manerwarlu', the Sub-Divisional Officer shall, without embarking upon further enquiry into the matter, issue corrected tribe certificate recording name of the tribe as 'Mannervarlu' as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one month from the date of tender of the application.
