This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the School Tribunal, Latur for expeditious hearing of the appeal filed by the petitioner. We are not aware of the pendency of the appeals before the Tribunals and therefore we do not feel it appropriate to issue any directions to decide such appeal within stipulated period. However, we grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the School Tribunal, Latur for expeditious hearing of the appeal. In case such application is filed, before the School Tribunal, Tribunal keeping in view the grievance raised in the appeal shall decide the same expeditiously.
