These applications are filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the petitioners in writ petitions in the office of this Court. The learned advocate for the applicants has produced on record copies of orders passed by this Court in similar petitions dated 18.11.2017 and 28.02.2024.

The learned advocate for the applicants submits that, this Court has already permitted to withdraw the amount on giving undertaking to this Court. He thus prays for similar order be passed in the present applications.

The learned advocate for respondent No. 1 vehemently opposes the prayer.

Considering that, this Court has already passed orders in similar applications, this Court is inclined to allow these applications as well. Hence, the following order.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to this Court that, in case, the petitions are allowed, the amount be re-deposited within a period of ten (10) weeks from the date of such order along with interest at the rate of 7% per annum. 7.

With this, the civil applications stand disposed of. 8.

In the writ petitions, the parties are at liberty to move this Court for fixing early date of hearing after June 2025. ( KISHORE C. SANT, J. ) P.S.B.
