The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the petitioners have filed an application U/Sec. 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act on 20.12.2012. The same is not yet decided by the authorities.

We have heard the learned A. G. P. for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case application is filed by petitioners U/Sec. 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act before the respondent No. 2, and if same is pending, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its

2 wp 15200.17 own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties, expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine (09) months from the date of service of notice to all parties. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
