The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, though the petitioner has secured more votes another person namely Ramesh Limbaji Kande is declared as elected and notification is issued in his name. The petitioner has approached the Collector for correction of the notification in April 2019, however, same is not yet decided.

The learned counsel further submits that, the Collector be directed to decide the same.

In the light of the above, the Collector may look into the grievance of the petitioner as placed before him and take decision after hearing all parties, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
