The applicants-original claimants have moved this application to permit them to withdraw an amount deposited by the respondent No.1-Insurance Company along with accrued interest thereon, for which the learned advocate for the respondent No.1Insurance Company has given no objection, as they have already withdrawn the appeal before the Lok-Adalat on 28-09-2024. 2.
In view of the above and the reasons disclosed in the application, the civil application is allowed. 3.
The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount as per clause-5 of the judgment and order dated 24-10-2017 passed by
(2) 916ca13306.25.odt the learned tribunal.

The learned Registrar (Judicial) is directed to transmit the said amount in the bank account of the respective applicants as per clause-5 of the order of the learned tribunal within a period of four weeks on furnishing the bank account details with the registry by the applicants.
