Mr. Yeramwar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sister of the petitioner has been granted validity under the orders of this Court. The validation proceeding of the petitioner is pending. The committee be directed to issue validity certificate to the petitioner also. 2.

The committee can consider the judgment passed by this Court in case of the real sister of the petitioner. As the validation proceeding is pending, we pass the following order.

ORDER

The committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner, expeditiously and preferably by 30.04.2020. The

2 917-WP14576-19.odt petitioner shall appear before the committee on 12.12.2019. The petitioner may bring to the notice of the committee, the judgment delivered by this Court in case of the real sister of the petitioner.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
