This application is filed by the appellant/Insurance Company, seeking stay to the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Member of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Shrirampur in MACP No. 29/2019. The Insurance Company has already deposited the amount as per award along with interest in the office of MACT Shrirampur. 3.

The application is vehemently opposed by the learned counsel for the original claimants.

In view of the fact that the amount is already deposited, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and award in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The application is allowed and disposed of.
