The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claims of the petitioners are pending with respondent No. 2. / committee since 2015. The same are not decided.

Learned AGP accepts notice for both respondents. 3.

In case, the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claims of the petitioners are pending with the committee, then the committee shall endeavour to decide the same expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioners. The petitioners shall appear before the committee on 16.12.2019.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
