Mr. Boinwad, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, twice the directions are given by this Court to decide the validation proceeding. Same is not yet decided. 2.

The learned counsel further submits that, the petitioner has completed his internship, however, he is not issued with the internship certificate only on the ground that validity certificate is not submitted. The petitioner has to undergo bond period. 3.

The petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 12th December, 2019. The Committee shall decide the validation proceeding within a period of one (01) month from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The university may issue internship completion certificate to the petitioner. The same would be subject to the decision in the validation proceeding. The degree certificate shall not be issued to the petitioner, unless and until the petitioner produces validity certificate. The petitioner shall not claim benefit of reservation until the petitioner produces the validity certificate. 5.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
