Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

The applicants pray for condonation of 70 days' delay in filing this Civil Application with the request that the order dated 8.11.2017 passed by the Registrar refusing registration to the Second Appeal for non-removal of office objections be recalled. 3.

For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. Delay of 70 days is condoned by imposing costs of Rs.750/- on the applicants to be deposited with the Advocates' Bar Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad on/or before 2.2.2018, failing which this order shall be recalled and the Civil Application shall stand rejected.
