1] The petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 9th June, 2023 passed by respondent no. 4 - Tahsildar, Sangamner and further notice issued by the Sub Divisional Officer, Sangamner for wrongful use of the vehicle.

2] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from June, 2023 the vehicle of the petitioner is attached and the same is lying in the custody of the respondent - revenue authorities.

3] In view of the alternate remedy available to the petitioner, he can challenge the impugned order dated 09.06.2023 before the appropriate authority. The petitioner may also file an application for release of the vehicle and

14965.23WP the appropriate authority on the appeal being filed by the petitioner to decide the interim application for release of the vehicle within a period of two weeks from the date of the application for release of the vehicle in the appeal. The said application to be decided in accordance with law and taking into consideration all the provisions under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

4] Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
