The learned Counsel Mr. Sadaphule is not present in the Court hall. He is not present online also. But, Advocate Sadaphule also has not turned up from 2017 to prosecute the matter. The learned A.P.P. submits that the matter itself is not tenable in this Court as Order of J.M.F.C. by which the compounding was refused and said judicial Order is challenged in the present proceeding. Matter is dismissed for non-prosecution.
