It will not be out of place to mention that present respondent No.1 has already fled an appeal, delay has been condoned and that appeal is admitted. The present applicants have fled application for condoning the delay as they want to fle an appeal for enhancement of the compensation. 3.

Though learned Advocate for respondent no.1 is strongly objecting the application for condonation of delay of 775 days, yet for the reasons stated in the application and also the fact that there was delay in lodging the First Appeal by respondent No.1 challenging the same award, the delay stands condoned. Application stands allowed and disposed of. Registry to verify and register the appeal and it is to be tagged with First Appeal (Stamp) Nos.38514 of 2018, 38796 of 2018, 38798 of 2018, 39246 of 2018 and 39256 of 2018.
