By consent of both the sides heard finally.

The proceedings is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of First Information Report No.4/2017 registered with Udgir Rural Police Station, Taluka Udgir, District Latur, for the offences punishable under Section 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that the charge sheet is filed as Regular Criminal Case No.129/2017 in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Udgir.

Today, both the sides submitted that the parties have settled the dispute. In support of that contention, reply affidavit of respondent No.2first informant is filed on the record, showing that they have settled the dispute and they have already dissolved the marriage.

In view of these submissions and consent given by the respondent No.2 - first informant to grant the relief claimed, the application is allowed. Relief is granted in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Rule made absolute in those terms.
