Despite the notice served on proposed legal heirs of deceased respondent No.6, none appears for them. There is delay of 16 days caused in filing the civil application for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent No.6 on record.

In view of above and for the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C" and disposed of accordingly.
