DATE : 05.12.2019 P.C. :- We heard Mr. Pawar the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel submits that action is not taken with regard to the development work carried out by the respondent no.6 the same is substandard. The reports are also there. 2.

It appears that the inquiry committee was constituted on 01.08.2019, the Inquiry Committee has submitted the report it also appears that technical report is called for. It is not that the authorities have not taken any steps.

If within a reasonable time the authorities do not conclude or take final decision then liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court. The
