Petitioner seeks retiral benefts of her husband. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has given representation to that efect on 21.08.2019 (Page 21). The respondents have not taken cognizance of the same nor have decided it.

Mr. Shinde, learned counsel appears for respondent Nos. 2 and 3. 3.

In case, the representation of the petitioner (page 21) is pending, then the respondents shall decide the same on it sown merits, preferably within three months. Depending upon the decision taken, the respondents may act upon the same, immediately.
